Resource Fair

An annual event hosted by the Michigan State University Office for International Students and Scholars, the Resource Fair featured campus and community exhibitors meeting with thousands of incoming international students.

Planning the Resource Fair included:

• Booking and logistics arrangement for the venue (the Breslin Center or Munn Ice Arena)

• Recruiting paying vendors — typically earning around $15,000 in sponsorships

• Serving as point of contact for close to 100 vendors leading up to the event and day-of, creating event design and layout, ordering tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc.

• Recruiting and utilizing volunteers to assist with set-up and tear-down
